| How far in advance do I need to book my photo or video booth prior to my event? |
| We recommend booking your booth as far in advance as possible as spaces fill up fast. A deposit is required to reserve your booth. |

| How many pictures can be taken? |
| Your Video Guestbook Photo Booth comes with unlimited prints during your rental! One photo 'session' takes 4 pictures of your guest and prints them onto one 4x6 print. |

| What are the setup requirements for a photo or video booth? |
| Both the photo booth and video booth stand 6 feet tall and require a 3 foot x 6 foot area to accomodate the booth. The booths must be located near a standard electrical outlet. |

| Is there a minimum rental time? |
| The minimum rental is 4 hours. Additional hours and packages are available. |
| |

| Can I use it outside? |
| Our booths must be sheltered and in a location with hard floors, however they may be used in marquees etc at outdoor events. |

| Where is your service area? |
| Our service area covers NY, NJ, CT, PA, MA. There is a $2/mile fee for events outside the NYC area. |

| Are the booth Handicap Accessible? How many peope can fit in the booth? |
| Our booths are 100% accessible and their open design allow large groups to leave a message and take a picture all at once! |

| I am renting a video booth. How soon will I get my edited DVD? |
| Booth footage will usually be edited and delivered within 4-6 weeks. |

| Can I rent just video with no photo option? |
| Yes, the Video Guestbook can be rented with just video for a lesser fee. |

| Can it be setup anywhere? |
| Yes, the Video Guestbook can be setup anywehre that has wheel chair access. |

| How long are the videos? |
| Your guest have a maximum time of 2 minutes. |

| Yes every rental gets a customized attract screen and customized logo on photos. |
